Cloche d'Or
Extensa Group and Promobe, its Luxembourger partner, are in charge of the Cloche d’Or development. It’s a project located at the southern entrance of Luxembourg-City, next to new Howald HST station. The construction of this new neighbourhood results from a long process of urban planning. In 2010, the City of Luxembourg and the State adopted a massive infrastructure program for the area.
It is summed up by : high quality residential buildings, the possibility of hosting companies and the construction of a regional shopping centre. A school, a fire station and a park are also forseen.
The purpose is to make this project a great place to live and work in a human-sized and well-maintained public space, surrounded by greenery and providing all the benefits of a modern city.
